Magret John had her primary and secondary education in Kano state then proceeded for her tertiary education at the University of Abuja where she majored in Business administration and management. She emerged as the Public relations officer of the Nigerian university association of business management students (NUAMBS) Uni Abuja chapter.

She has over 4 years of experience in both telephone and face to face customer service, including sales technical support and customer care. She has excellent communication skill and enjoys talking to both new and existing customers on a daily basis.
She takes pride in building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service. She believes that we have passed the era of customer’s satisfaction, we are now in the era of customer’s experience.

Magret is a customer service and a sales expert who identifies customers’ needs and delivers effective solutions to problems. Before joining Skin101 Centre, Magret John worked with multinational organizations like Airtel, Indomie in sales, accounting and customer service unit which has avail her several skills and abilities.
